How The Numbers Work

Semester GPA Calculation
Calculates the weighted average grade point of a semester, where each grade is weighted by the credit value of its respective course.
Cumulative GPA (CGPA)
Combines performance across multiple semesters. In case credits are not provided, it defaults to a simple average of semester GPAs.
Attendance Target Formula
Estimates the minimum number of consecutive future classes a student must attend to elevate their current attendance to the target threshold.
Safe Absences (Skip Classes) Formula
Estimates how many consecutive classes a student can safely miss before their overall attendance falls below the target threshold.

Is my grade or attendance data saved?
No. All calculation logic runs inside the client-side JavaScript engine. None of your academic information is sent to servers.
How is CGPA converted to percentage?
Short answer: We support multiple standards. The default formula is CGPA * 9.5 (widely used in CBSE/Indian universities) or a direct CGPA * 10 conversion, which you can toggle dynamically.
